Lamb & Vegetable Stir-fry Rice Bowl

This might be a new way to eat Lamb for you. It is a very simple stir-fry dish. As I always eat it with Rice, I made it into a rice bowl. This stir-fry is absolutely easy. Make the marinade in a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix to combine, then stir-fry. Of course, Lamb can be replaced with other meat.

Combine all the Marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Add Lamb and Vegetables to the Marinade, and mix to combine. Set aside for 10 to 15 minutes.

Heat a frying pan or wok over high heat, add everything in the mixing bowl to the pan, and stir-fry until everything is cooked.

Half fill a bowl with warm Cooked Rice and cover it with the mixture. Sprinkle with some finely chopped Spring Onion and Toasted Sesame Seeds, and enjoy.
