Mix all the ingredients in the flour one by one

By adding a small amount of water knead the dough just like we do it like usual rotis.

Leave this dough for ten minutes while covering with cloth or plate.

Take a small portion of the dough. Dust the rolling plate with flour and roll roti grease with oil then fold from both sides

Again fold from both sides & it gives a square shape to parantha.put it over preheated tawa

Cook and Roast with little cooking oil from both sides.prepare all like wise.

Transfer to a serving plate and serve with curd & Enjoy 😋 healthy paranthas
