2 cupwhole ragi
3/4 cupurad dal
1/4 cuppoha
1 tspfenugreek seeds
Salt to taste

Wash ragi, urdad dal, poha, fenugreek seeds for 6-7 hours

Grind in a fine paste. Mix every thing rest the batter for 5-6 hours to ferment. Make the batter consistency as dosa batter.

Spread the batter on non-stick tawa. Sprinkle oil or ghee. Flip on other side. Dosa is ready.
