3 largechicken breast to boil and shred
3 packagesof spring mix salad
1 headof lettuce shredded
1/2 packagesof red small grapes seedless
1/3 cupof mayonaise
1 pintsof italian dressing
1 tspof black pepper
1 dashof salt to taste

Boil the chicken breast till tender and put aside to cool ..then shred

Mix the italian dressing.mayo.and pepper

In a large bowl put your spring mix.shredded lettuce.grapes and mix
