Carrot And Custard Jaggery Cake

Take grated carrot in a bowl and add milk.

Melt jaggery in a pan with adding 1 tbsp water.

Add this into carrot and also add oil, mix well.

Now add flour, salt, sugar powder, baking powder and soda and custard powder.

Mix all well and make a smooth batter.

Transfer the batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 25 minutes on 200°C.

After bake remove from pan, cut in slices and enjoy.
