Steps

Take cauliflower florets clean and cut into small pieces.
Heat up 1 liter water in vessal add salt let it boil once boiled add florets lightly blanch them - 2
Now remove and drain water completely through the strainer.
Take a mixer grinder add dry Coriander seeds cumin seeds fennel seeds corasly grind together keep aside - 3
Take small part of mixer grinder add ginger garlic green chilli make paste keep aside.
Get ready another ingredents.
Now take a mixing bowl
add gramflour add rice flour - 4
Add chopped green coriander leaves and coaresly grinded mixter add sliced onions kasuri methi carrom seeds black peper powder salt red chilli powder turmeric powder garam masala powder white sesame seeds mix all ingredients together except oil

Add baking soda and blanched cauliflower mix and coat it add 1-2 tablespoon water don't make thin or more thick batter just coating

Meanwhile heat up oil in pan drop carefully florets in hot oil deep fry until golden and crisp.

Remove on tissu paper or kitchen towel.
Serve hot with any chutney or sauce.
