Take leftover potato subzi and mash it well. Bind atta with oil, carom seeds and salt. Bind it into medium soft dough. Give rest for 10 minutes

Roll it.

Spread the mashed potatoes on the roti. Seal it properly. Cut it into equal portions.

Mix corn starch and water. Add divided portion into corn starch and water mix. Give a thin layer. Deep fry it on medium heat. Serve hot with ketchup.
