North African Baked Eggs with Spaghetti

The weather is getting so cold, and sometimes it's hard to predict when the family will be home for dinner. Cooking too early means the food gets cold, and cooking too late means everyone is too hungry. Using the oven is a great solution!
The homemade tomato sauce already has spices, so there's no need to sauté onions separately. Just use it directly.
North African baked eggs with a tomato base and soft-boiled eggs is one of my favorite dishes. It's delicious with crispy fried bread slices. Today, I've switched to spaghetti and used a baking dish to bake the eggs until they're soft-boiled. Serving it individually makes it look elegant and tasty.

Cook the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions until soft. Drain and toss with a little olive oil and your favorite seasoned salt.

Line a 4-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Spread the spaghetti evenly (higher on the edges, lower in the center, or skip the spaghetti in the center). Add a cube of cheese (optional), then top with homemade tomato sauce and a raw egg. Bake in the oven at 392°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes until the egg is soft-boiled.
