Kebabs are popular party snack. There are various types of kebabs which are prepared ,both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. They can be fried or grilled, but nowadays shallow fried, air fried and baked versions have become more popular as people have became more health conscious.
Today I have prepared kebabs from broken wheat and shallow fried them.
While making kebabs, various spices are added along with kebab masala. But here I have added Nestle's Masala e magic which is magic masala indeed. It is a blend of 10 aromatic and roasted spices which elevates your any dish's taste to the next level.
