Ingredients

  • 1 cuppunjabi gravy
  • 1 cupchopped cauliflower
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup chopped French beans
  • 1 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 cup chopped potatoes
  • 1 tbspn punjabi masala
  • 1 tbspn red chilli powder
  • 1 tbspn kasuri methi
  • 3/4 tbspn oil
  • 1 cup Amul fresh cream
  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • Salt to taste

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Assemble all the ingredients wash all the veggies
    Take a pan add water then boil veggies wen it done keep aside and strain

    Take a oil in a pan add punjabi gravy sauté for a while add all masala n mix well
    Add boiled veggies mix well then add fresh cream n mix well keep it on slow flame
    Cook for 4/5 mins add little water as per requirements
    When it’s ready switch off the flame and take it out in serving bowl
