Steps

Take a fresh snake gourd,clean with plain water,cut and remove the seed and pulp,cut it in small pieces.

Add half cup of water and snake gourd pieces in to a vessel,cook for two minutes, remove the water.keep ready.

Take a mixer jar,add green chillies, ginger and cumin seeds add one spoon water,grind into a smooth paste.

Keep a kadai in medium flame,add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal and curry leaves,fry till golden brown,then add the grind paste,mix well. Remove from heat,let it cool.

Take a bowl,add curd,cooked snake gourd pieces, grated coconut, seasoning paste and salt,mix well. Snake gourd white gravy is ready.

Transfer to a serving bowl Super tasty snake gourd white gravy is ready to taste.

Serve the snake gourd white gravy with hot rice,roti, poori.
