Take grated Carrot

Heat Ghee, add grated Carrot and sauté for few minutes so that carrot turns soft. It takes around 5-6 minutes

Add Sugar, Sugar melts, cook for 3-4 minutes under medium flame.

In the mean time, mix Custard powder in 1/2 cup milk and keep aside.

Add milk and keep stirring in between. Cook under medium flame and gradually milk will start evaporating. It takes around 3-4 minutes.

Add Custard mix, stir well and cook for 6-7 minutes, mixture thickens.

Switch off flame and Keep stirring for around 2 minutes.

Dish is done, transfer to setting dish. Allow to cool completely and then refrigerate for 5-6 hours or overnight.

Serve with preferred dry fruits.
