Chicken Tenders with Sweet Chili Mayonnaise Sauce

I thought this would go well with beer.
By coating the chicken tenders with katakuriko potato starch flour, they won't become dry after you fry them and will be crispy and fragrant.
You can use chicken wings, prawn,s or white fish instead. For 2-3 servings. Recipe by abichi

Cooking Instructions
- 1
I used 5 chicken tenders that were about 220 g altogether.
- 2
Remove the sinew from the chicken tenders, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- 3
Add the grated garlic, soy sauce and sake to the chicken tenders and massage well with your hands. Leave for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- 4
Combine the ingredients for the sweet chili mayonnaise sauce in a bowl.
- 5
Coat the seasoned chicken tenders with katakuriko.
- 6
Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken tenders.
- 7
When they are cooked through, drain off the oil.
- 8
Add the chicken tenders to the bowl of the sweet chili mayonnaise sauce while they are still hot. Mix well and it's done!
- 9
It's also really good if you add cucumber or crushed nuts to taste.

Oven-Baked Salmon with Sweet Chili Mayo Sauce Oven-Baked Salmon with Sweet Chili Mayo Sauce
I'm thankful for this dish on busy days since I can just leave it alone in the oven and the side dish cooks with it You don't even need to buy sweet chili sauce, you can make your own..These taste best when topped with heaps of sauce. If you're using the toaster-oven and the salmon seems to be browning before its completely cooked, cover with aluminum foil. It depends on the thickness of the filets, but they should bake for 10-12 minutes. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan -

User "mybinue's" chili dip was very tasty, so I tried using it in a bagel sandwich. It will be tastier if you use sweet onions. Easy Tender Chicken Breast Stir-fry with Mayonnaise and Chilli Sauce Easy Tender Chicken Breast Stir-fry with Mayonnaise and Chilli Sauce
I'm trying out various methods right now for how to make chicken breast meat tender and delicious. It's cheap and healthy. I use the egg white left over from baking in chicken dishes. The sugar used to marinate the chicken tenderizes it too.If you cut up the chicken, wrap it in 100 g portions and freeze it; it's very handy. When cooking the chicken, if you touch them before the coating has hardened, it will slide off and stick the pan, so be careful. If it looks like the chicken is getting burned, turn off the heat for a while. Since you'll be simmering the chicken in Step 6, you don't have to cook the chicken through in Step 5. Chicken Breast Meat with Mayo Chili Sauce and Cheese Chicken Breast Meat with Mayo Chili Sauce and Cheese
This is a cheese dish to make both adult and kids happy alike!I made a bit of a variation of my recipe "Simple Soft Chicken Breast Mayo Chili Sauce Sauté" by adding in cheese, and gave the taste a power boost.Using plastic bags also makes cleanup a breeze.Add in doubanjiang if you like. This tastes great sprinkled with lots of powdered cheese. The cheese will harden as it cools, but the meat stays soft so you can add it to bento as well. You can skip the egg white coating, but coating it in egg white makes it even softer, so you should definitely try it out. Recipe by Iku.. cookpad.japan -

I used 2 teaspoons of starch dissolved 2 teaspoons of water to make the sauce thicker. It won't leak if you put it in a bento box. For 2 servings. Recipe by Sabumochi cookpad.japan -
