I thought this would go well with beer.

By coating the chicken tenders with katakuriko potato starch flour, they won't become dry after you fry them and will be crispy and fragrant.
You can use chicken wings, prawn,s or white fish instead. For 2-3 servings. Recipe by abichi

  6. 2 tspSoy sauce

  8. Sweet Chili Mayonnaise Sauce
  9. 1 1/2 tbspMayonnaise
  10. 2teapoons Sweet chili sauce
  11. 1 tspGochujang

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

I used 5 chicken tenders that were about 220 g altogether.

  2. 2

Remove the sinew from the chicken tenders, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

  3. 3

Add the grated garlic, soy sauce and sake to the chicken tenders and massage well with your hands. Leave for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

  4. 4

Combine the ingredients for the sweet chili mayonnaise sauce in a bowl.

  5. 5

Coat the seasoned chicken tenders with katakuriko.

  6. 6

Heat a generous amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken tenders.

  7. 7

When they are cooked through, drain off the oil.

  8. 8

Add the chicken tenders to the bowl of the sweet chili mayonnaise sauce while they are still hot. Mix well and it's done!

  9. 9

It's also really good if you add cucumber or crushed nuts to taste.
