Tamagoyaki Japanese Omelets with Mayonnaise and Sweet Chili Sauce

I love the combination of sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise.
Because it's so well-flavored, I thought it would be perfect to make tamagoyaki for bentos. That's how I came up with this recipe.

Cooking Instructions

Crack eggs into a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce. Beat the eggs and mix well.

Heat some oil in a tamagoyaki pan (egg fryer). Pour in half of the egg mixture. Stir in circles with a chopstick to make it light and fluffy.
- 3
Roll it up from the far-side. Roll again as you add the rest of the egg mixture. Slice into thirds to serve.
