Take a pan keep it on a slow flame of gas. Add mamra roast till crispy. Make sure mamra should not change its color.

In same pan add Jaggery keep gas flame slow stir well till it melt. Stir continuously add 1 tsp water so Jaggery shouldn't burnt. As we have to make crispy syrup. Now add ghee and baking soda stir well so Jaggery syrup color will change in light shade and become fluffy quickly add mamra and pumpkin seeds and mix well. Turn off flame.

Let it for a minutes and when it's still warm cut marks on the rolled Chikli.

Now your uttarayan special pumpkin & mamra chikki is ready to serve.
