Hyderabadi Biryani ki Chutney

Dahi or Curd is known to all. And Raita is one such versatile dish that everyone makes and relishes it at mealtimes. In my City Hyderabad, Raita is nothing but Dahi ki Chutney. It's simple and delicious. Absolutely easy to whip up. Simple ingredients go into making this lip-smacking Chutney or Raita that pairs up for a lovely combination with Hyderabadi Biryanis.
Biryani is not complete without it. It is a must have. Hence it cannot be taken for granted or under estimated.
Though there might be different ways of making it, this one is the most preferred.
Few like to use shredded Carrots too along with some freshly chopped Tomatoes as well. But still this is the basic Chutney. And it's made and relished throughout the City on special occasions and weddings. Or even gatherings and get togethers at home on any day. Where Biryani is made, this one has to be there.

Steps
- 1
Just add everything to a serving dish or platter and mix well. That's it.
- 2
Refrigerate it until ready to serve. Or serve it immediately if table is already laid. It depends on you. I like it being a little cold. It tastes awesome with hot Biryani. That's my choice. But it all depends on your liking. You can go ahead with your and your family's preferences. Enjoy!
- 3
Serve it chilled or as it is, it's absolutely flavourful and aromatic. If it is homemade Curd, then it's all the more worthwhile. Enjoy!
