Small onion, diced
4 Tflour
4 cupswhole milk
1/4 tsp.Baking soda
1/2 teaspoonthyme
1/4 tsp.Garlic
1/4 tsp.Basil leaves
1 tablespoonbrown sugar
30 oztomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in pan, adding onions and simmering over medium heat until translucent

Whisk flower, stirring and simmer for 1 minute

Gradually add milk and simmer
4

Add soda, thyme, sugar, sauce, pepper and salt. Simmer over medium heat 10 minutes.
