Ingredients

1 lblean ground beef
1 tspsalt
1/2 cupcold water
1/4 cupfine dry bread crumbs
1medium onion, sliced
1McCormick brown gravy packet, made to packet instructions

Mix all ingredients except onion and gravy

Shape mixture into patties and brown in a cast iron skillet, turn and add onions
3

Add gravy, cover and simmer about 20 minutes
4

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice
