Salmon fillets with courgettes onion and mushrooms

Steps

Slice onion, courgettes and mushrooms. Add olive oil to a wok on medium high heat, then add the vegetables, sprinkle the persillade.

After a few minutes it should look like this

Remove your vegetable from the wok and add the salmon skin down. Once the skin is crispy turn it over then flake it.

Add 1 or 2 tbsp of crème fraîche then add your vegetable back, let it cook for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy.
