Steps

Wash wings then debone.Wash again and pat it dry.

Marinate with oyster sauce and pepper then set aside for 30 mins.

Wash celery and carrots then slice into strips.

After 30 mins,insert carrots and celery into the wings.

Heat pan and pour oil,when already hot fry the wings on both sides.

When the skin turns golden brown.Pour water cover and simmer.Until the sauces evaporates then remove from pan.
