Roast till in kadai on a slow flame till aroma comes. Make sure the color of the till should be changed. Transfer in a pan.

In the same kadai add Jaggery stir continuously well. Make syrup bubbles come up.put 2 drops of Jaggery in a water check it is harder and sticky like crunchy. Add ghee stir well colour will change in light golden colour and fluffy. Add quickly sesame seeds turn off gas and mix well.

Flatten evenly on greased platform roll thin as much as you can.

Now your delicious winter special till papadi is ready to serve.
