An innovative way to make shawarma—a complete, hearty dish in one plate.

Slice the chicken breasts thinly and marinate them with all the shawarma ingredients overnight.
Roast the marinated chicken in the oven until golden brown. - 2
Cut the potatoes into small cubes and fry them.
Cut the pita bread into cubes and fry them as well. - 3
Prepare the tarator sauce by whisking together all the ingredients.

Fry the cashews until they turn golden.

Once all the layers are ready, assemble the dish:
First, spread the fried potatoes in a baking dish.
Add the roasted shawarma on top.
Layer the fried pita bread over the chicken.
Pour the tarator sauce over everything.
Finally, garnish the top with the fried nuts.
