Dry coconut farali Chikki

Take a pan keep it on slow flame of gas add coconut slices roast till crispy. In same pan add Jaggery keep gas flame slow stir well till it melt. Stir continuously add 1tsp ghee so Jaggery shouldn't burnt as have to make crispy. Now add water and stir so Jaggery syrup color will change in light shade.

Now add coconut & dal and mix well. Turn off the flame. Let it for minutes and when it's stir warm cut marks on the rolled chikki.

Now your uttarayan special healthy chikki is ready to serve.
