Mixed Vegetables, Semolina and flattened Rice Uttapam and coconut chutney..
So Yummy and best for Dinner..
Steps

Keep all ingredients ready.
Crush the flattened Rice and make Powder. - 2
In a mixi jar add Potato pieces and chilli garlic ginger, crush them.
Now add Semolina and curd,grind again and make a smooth mixture.
Transfer the mixture in a bowl.
Now add grated carrot, crushed Fresh peas, coriander, flattened Rice powder, salt and Cumin seeds mix it and give rest for 10 minutes. - 3
In the meantime make coconut chutney..
Add desiccated coconut in the mix jar along with curd, coriander, chilli and salt, Gring it.
Remove in the bowl.
Make a tadka..
Take oil in a tadka pan,add mustard seeds,curry leaves and asafoetida.
Lastly add chilli powder and pour the tadka on coconut chutney..
Later on mix it.. - 4
Coconut Chutney is ready..

Now after resting,check the better consistency,if needed add water to adjust the better. Lastly add chopped Curry leaves and mix the better.
Heat and grease the tawa.
Add two ladles of Better and spread a little to make thick uttapam.
Sprinkle the oil on the corner of thr uttapam and cook on a slow flame.
When the down side is cooked, flip the uttapam slowly and cook the other side too..
Repeat the procedure for the rest. - 6

Serve the uttapam in the plate with coconut chutney and enjoy a unique recipe..😋👌👍🏻
