Chop the shallot and mushrooms.

Place them at the bottom of each ramekin. Add 2 1/2 tablespoons heavy cream (about 40 ml) to each ramekin. Season with salt and pepper. Stir.

Add an egg to each ramekin, then season again with salt and pepper.

Cook in the air fryer at 340°F (170°C) for 8 minutes.
