Ingredients

  2. 1.5 lbcrab meat, chopped
  3. Not Choppy Choppy
  4. 1 tbspchives
  5. 1/4 cupmayo
  6. 1.5 tbsplemon juice
  7. Brat buns

Cooking Instructions

    Place the crab meat, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1.5 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Stir gently to combine.

    Spread butter onto each bun. Place the buns in toaster oven on broil. Cook until golden brown.

    Divide the crab mixture among the buns. Garnish with additional chives.
