Ingredients

  1. 1 lbGround Beef
  2. 1 can (15 oz)Red Kidney Beans
  3. 1 can (14.5 oz)can Diced Tomatoes
  4. 1 can (10.5 oz)can Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
  5. 8 ozPepper Jack Cheese
  6. 2 cupsWhole Milk
  7. 2 tbsAll-Purpose Flour
  8. 2 tspChili Powder
  9. 1 tspOnion Powder
  10. 1 tspGarlic Powder
  11. 1 tspPaprika
  12. 1 tspCumin
  13. 1/2 tspGround Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until mostly browned. Add in all the spices and mix well.

    Sprinkle the flour into the cooked beef and stir until it has absorbed into the grease. Cook for 1-2 minutes.

    Stream in the milk and cook until slightly thickened. Add the condensed cheddar cheese soup and mix well to combine.

    Working in a few batches, stir in the shredded cheese until melted. Remove from heat

    Fold in the tomato and beans. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
