  13. 1 teaspoonSeafood boil seasoning
  14. 1/4 teaspoonCayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Place the catfish in a bowl with buttermilk and refrigerated for an hour.

    Add vegetable oil to a skillet and heat over medium until it reaches the right temperature.

    Add the cornmeal, flour, and seasonings to a separate bowl and mix until well combined.

    Take the catfish from the refrigerator, pour some mustard over it, and mix it well until well blended. Place each catfish in the batter prepared earlier and fry for three minutes on one side, then flip and continue to cook for two minutes on the other side.

    After the food has been cooked, remove it from the skillet and allow it to cool. Finished with parsley, serve and enjoy.
