These Brisket Sliders are the ultimate bite-sized indulgence— soft brioche slider buns layered with tender, smoky brisket, tangy creamy coleslaw and a buttery, golden finish.
Steps

Preheat oven to 350F.
Cut brioche buns in half horizontally, keeping the bottom buns and tops connected, and arrange on a baking sheet.
Add warmed brisket and coleslaw to the buns, dividing evenly amongst the bottom buns. - 2
Place the top buns back on and brush with melted butter.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
