Take all ingrediant as below

Cut ash gourd into small pieaces like below, cut chilies, coriander leaves.

Take pan add oil in it after heated add muster seeds after they started crackling add cumin seeds,curry leaves,asafoetida, termaric powder and then add cut ash gourd in it mix it well and after 5 min cooking add salt mix it well and cook for 10 min up to ash gourd become soft take out lid.

Now add grated coconut and cook,if water is their cook for some min up to sabji become dry.

Add coriander leaves on it and sabji is ready to serve.
