Oats Upma
Simple, healthy and tasty oats upma.
Perfect for breakfast.
Steps

Firstly, roast the oats and semolina until the color changes and transfer to a plate and let it cool down.

In a large kadai heat oil and splutter mustard seeds,urad dal, cumin seeds, cashews and few curry leaves.

Now add onion and saute until onion soften.

Then add chopped capsicum and carrots. Saute veggies for 2-3 minutes.

Now add water and get it to a boil. Once the water comes to boil add in roasted oats and semolina.

Then cover and cook on a low flame for 2 minutes or until no excess moisture is left.

At last add lemon juice and garnish it with coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
