Ingredients

  • 1Big Bowl Chopped spring onion
  • 4 tablespoongram flour
  • 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tablespoonsoaked mung daal
  • 2 tablespoonoil

    First take spring onion and chopped into small pieces wash it throughly. Also Sukh moong dal in water for at least 15 minutes then take one pan add two tablespoon oil and add her tablespoon cumin seeds.

    Then directly add spring onion in it and also aad soaked moong dal. Then add red chilli powder and salt as per taste mix it well. Afterwards cover it with lead and keep it on medium flame for next 5 minutes again mix it well and add gram flour in it

    Mix the flour and again close with lead for two three minutes if you think zunka is dry then add little bit oil in it so it become moist. After two three minutes off in the flame and make it cool. Serve this zunka with roti, chapati.
