I'm a first timer cook and I've learned the hard way all by myself through google's help. I was amazed and so was husband too. I've made it successfully and really delicious. I'm not really into eating habit even before but when I've learned how it caused me pleasure by reasonable means. Cooking made me feel so thrilling from now on. Wendy Choa -

Filipino Menudo Filipino Menudo
The traditional Menudo from the Philippines includes pork liver, which is absent from this version (I’m not a fan of liver). The use of annatto (atsuete) oil, fresh tomatoes and tomato paste results in the dish’s characteristic red sauce, which was what I was aiming for. The red sauce should be a bit thick, and I didn’t have to add more chicken broth, which would have thinned it out, but use it to suite your taste. I usually add cubed carrots, but I didn’t have them at hand. This is best served with cooked rice on the side.Regina Newport

Tex-Mex Healthy Chicken Menudo Tex-Mex Healthy Chicken Menudo
Tex-Mex Chicken Menudo I named it Tex-Mex since I live in the state of Nevada and border Arizona and California and have Mexican influences I added corn instead of chickpeas and used yellow belled peppers but to keep the sweetness added the raisins. This dish can be eaten as a burrito, with torrtias, rice, bread or just plain. Christian Allarde -

I confuse Filipino Menudo and Mechado all the time. Grandma says the size of the meat is smaller. (?) This one has raisins? Idk. It’s delicious. That’s the most important part. We store it in the fridge for a quick meal :) Cheryl -
Menudo de la Frontera (Border Menudo) Menudo de la Frontera (Border Menudo)
Menudo is an integral cornerstone of our culture. I call it border menudo because this is the style of menudo we eat on the northern border (southern American border). Menudo changes everywhere you go, this is our version and obviously my favorite. Menudo is considered a breakfast food reserved for Sunday morning family breakfast (whole family). I have been designated the family menudo host and have been making it for years, so if you have ANY questions please ask.Miner
