Spicy Mushroom Pasta
The perfect hearty pasta for a night in.
Steps

Heat a pan with 3 tbsp olive oil. When hot, sauté the garlic and onions in the oil. Add the mushrooms and stir until the mushrooms are golden brown.

Add 1.5 tsp soya sauce. Toss until the soya sauce is absorbed by the mushrooms and the pan is dried. Leave aside.

In a pot, on low heat, throw in 250g butter and let it melt. Add the hollandaise sauce and continue to mix into the butter. Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, and 1 tsp vegeand stir well.

Add 4 tbsp thickening cream and mix on medium heat. Add the strained pasta and mix well. Add the sautéed mushrooms. Sprinkle cheese as desired.
