Vegetarian Sakura Jelly! :)

This dish is inspired by the cherry trees near where I live, they can be made as vegetarian or you can use gelatin! They are very delicious and soft! I made them in the shape of a rabbit but you can make them in other shapes.
Vegetarian Sakura Jelly! :)
This dish is inspired by the cherry trees near where I live, they can be made as vegetarian or you can use gelatin! They are very delicious and soft! I made them in the shape of a rabbit but you can make them in other shapes.
Steps
- 1
Pour your Pectin into 200ml of water, and stir well.
- 2
Use a kettle to heat 20ml of water (or more, it is your choice!) And pour Sakura powder in, stirring. until completely mixed
- 3
Pour the Pectin-Water mix into a pan and heat it on the hob, slowly brining it to the boiling point. Then pour the Sakura mix into the pan of water.
- 4
Once at the boiling point, pour it into the mould! Then put it in the fridge overnight (if you prefer softer jelly put in for less time)
- 5
Then you are done! The powder may have floated to the bottom, creating a lovely pattern. It is now ready to eat!!
