Rajma Masala - Punjabi Style

Take all the needed ingredients. Soak rajma around 8hrs.

After 8hrs transfer it to a cooker,add,1sp ghee a bayleaf,black cardamom,cinnamon and salt. Close the lid,cook. Let's wait for 6 whistle.

Rajma beans cooked well. In a hot pan add 2 tbs of oil, add cumin seeds,sliced onion,saute. When it becomes brown add finger garlic paste and tomato slices. Cook until its mashed.

Turn off the stove. Cool it down and grind as paste.

In a hot pan add ghee and oil, add all the spices,green chilli and mix. Then add grinded paste,salt mix well. Cover and cook till oil separates. Add 100ml of boiled rajma water,cover and cook.

Then,add boiled rajma. Mix,cover and cook 5 more mts. Finally,sprinkle coriander leaves and serve.

That's all. Easy and tasty Rajma Masala is ready. It goes well with rice,roti and chappathi.
