1/2 stickbutter or margarine
1onion, sliced
1 poundCanadian bacon, cut into 4 pieces

Whisk eggs and creamer or milk in a large bowl and set to the side, add salt and pepper to taste ………

Heat your butter or margarine in a large skillet and sauté your sliced onion and Canadian bacon until onion is tender and bacon is slightly browned………

Pour your eggs into the skillet and continue to cook until eggs are set, stirring lightly, turn off heat, then top with pepper jack cheese and cover until all cheese has melted ……
