Take 1 litre full fat milk boiled for 10 minutes and cold in freezer then take1/2 cup almond cashew seeds pistachios soak into a water for 2 hours then take1/4 melan seeds poppy seeds black pepper fennel seeds also soak in water for for 2 hours

Then7 to 8 Saffron strands sock in milk then after 3 hours all the dry fruit drain out from water and put in mixture jar and make smooth paste then add1cup sugar rose petals and Gulkand soak saffron strands milk and crush in mixture make paste and pour cold milk in mixture jar mix well

Then our delicious healthy tasty rose Gulkand thandai is ready transfer to a serving glass and decorate with rose and rose petals and serve it. Enjoy!!!
