Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 tablespoonyeast
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupmargarine
  • 1/4milk
  • 1/2 spooncadamom

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Add magarine and massage till it forms crumps

  3. 3

    Add the yeast and baking powder

  4. 4

    Add egg and knead

  5. 5

    Add the milk and knead.at this point the dough is hard knead until it comes together to form a nice dough, do not add water

    Roll and cut into desired shapes

    Deep fry till golden brown
