First, prepare the syrup to soak the cornes de gazelle for coating with powdered sugar.

Heat the sugar and water mixture for 10 minutes, add the lemon slice, and let it cool.

Mix the almond flour, ground almonds, all-purpose flour, and vanilla sugar. Add the oil and milk, then form a dough ball. Divide into 60-gram portions and shape into crescents (see video).

Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.
