Heat the milk and let it boil and keep stirring, then soak the milk powder in the milk and mix it in the milk and keep stirring.

Now let it boil on medium heat and spread the cream(laccha) side by side in the pan.
When the cream(laccha)gets stiff, take it out and keep it in a bowl - 3
Now your milk starts to look dark and creamy so add cardamom dry fruit saffron milk to it

Now finally add Nestle's milk made and let it boil.
Now turn off the gas and let the rabdi cool down
After it gets cold, I will add the Lachha that you have kept aside and mix it
Now we will keep the rabdi in the freezer for 3-4 hours and then serve it in - 5
