Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • Halfpumpkin
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchwhite pepper
  • 4 tbspwarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut half pumpkin,peel off skin and cut into cubes.Then steam for five mins.

    After steaming mash it using fork.Then place in a plate.

    Crack and beat eggs,add water,pepper and salt.Then mix it.

  4. 4

    Use strainer to pour on top of mashed pumpkin.

  5. 5

    Boil water and steam it for 15 mins.
