Soak black eyed peas for 8 to 10 hours and peel off its skin..

Add the peeled black eyed peas to a mixer jar and grind it to a paste along with ginger and two green chillies.. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt to it and mix well..

Add fruit salt to it, pour some water and mix well..

Pour the batter into a greased bowl and cook well..

It is also very soft which is very tasty to eat..

Season with mustard green chillies, curry leaves and white sesame seeds in a pan..

Add water to it and when it boils, add sugar to it and finally add lemon juice..

If you pour this water into the dokla that we have prepared and soak it for some time and eat it, the taste will be very good...
