Gnocchi with Chorizo and Mushroom Sauce

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Slice the chorizo into rounds. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. In a skillet sprayed with oil, sauté the chopped onion and garlic. Add the mushrooms. Cook until the water evaporates. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chorizo. Mix well. Set aside.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi. When they float to the surface, cook for 2 minutes. Drain. In a skillet heated with oil, brown the gnocchi for a few minutes.

In a bowl, mix the cornstarch with the milk and sour cream. Add to the mushroom mixture in the skillet. Stir. Let it thicken slowly. Add the gnocchi and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix and serve immediately!
