Kesar Milk Peda
Steps

Start by adding ghee to a hot pan and turn off the flame when it melts completely.

Add milk to the pan and give a mix.

Now start adding and blending the milk powder in small portion to the milk till it becomes lump free.

Cook the mixture for 7 to 8 minutes till it starts taking the form of mava. Add the sugar powder at this stage and mix.

Cook for another 5 to 7 minutes till the mixture starts leaving the pan. Turn the flame off and add condensed milk, saffron strands and cardamom powder, mix thoroughly and cool down for 2 to 3 minutes. (for flavour, kesarshri masala can also be used instead)

Form the shape of peda or any other shape of your choice. Serve and enjoy ✨
(you can use a fork to mark some design on peda like i did)
