Butter sweet corn pulao
Steps

First wash the rice and then it in water for 30 minutes. Then after the rice has been boiled in a different vessel add in some water. Bay leaf crush it and then add black cardamom and then turn on the flame and let the water boil. Till the water is boiling take 1 cup of frozen corn and grind it in a mixer grinder.

Then add salt in the Boiled water then add in the soaked rice and cook till the rice has been cooked 90 percent on medium heat. After 5 minutes the rice has been Bolled and then strain the rice and then spread then in a plate as soon as possible so that rice does not become mushy.

In a different kadai add oil and spread it in all comers. Once the wok is hot add in the butter and then add chopped garlic and green chillies. Mix them all together for 1 minutes or till butter melts. Add in the crushed corn peas and onion and cook it for1 minutes.

Add in salt black pepper garam masala. turmeric powder. Chilli flakes and 1cup of normal corn. Now stir it and cook it for 5 minutes and just ensure that the corn is well Roasted. After the corn is Roasted add in 1/2 cup water to begin flavor in nice stir it. Then add in finely chopped springs onion keep the flame on medium heat.

Then add in the cooked rice and mix well and cook it on just 1 minutes. The rice color has also changed.

Now your butter corn pulao is ready to serve.
