Poha (Tomato Poha)

At first, take poha in a strainer. Rinse and drain water and keep aside.

Heat a kadhai. Add oil let it heat and add peanuts. Stir peanuts for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Keep stirring. Take it out on a plate and keep it aside.

In a same kadhai add oil. Let it heat. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli. Saute it till few seconds.

Add asafoetida and stir it. Add tomato and cook till turn mashy. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, kashmiri chilli powder and mix well.

Add poha, salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Add chopped coriander leaves and peanuts. Mix everything well. Tomato poha is ready now.

Take it out in a plate and serve hot..... 😋😋
