Wash the duck legs and dry. Using a sharp knife, make slits in the skin without cutting through the meat.

Rub the duck with salt, pepper and your favorite spices. Leave for 30 minutes.
Grease a baking dish with a thin layer of butter. Place the legs into the mold. - 3
Place the bird in a cold oven. Turn on heating 150 degrees. Bake for 90 minutes. During this time, the top of the duck should brown and the meat should become very tender.

It is ideal to serve duck legs with lingonberry sauce. But today I have potatoes. Great side dish.
Tips
Do not overcook the duck in the oven or raise the temperature; the legs should remain juicy.
