First Easter recipe of 2024 😉 I'm offering you an almond and pistachio brownie that was a huge hit with my colleagues! A quick and easy dessert perfect for the Easter meal 🙂

Preheat your oven to 350°F, preferably with convection.

Melt the butter and dark chocolate together (using a double boiler or, if necessary, a microwave).

In a mixing bowl, beat the 3 eggs with the sugar until the mixture lightens in color.

Then pour the melted butter and chocolate into the sugar-egg mixture, stirring constantly.

Finally, incorporate the almond flour. Whisk until you have a smooth mixture.

Pour your brownie batter into a well-buttered 8-inch square (or rectangular) pan.

Cover the top with crushed pistachios.

Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes. Check the doneness, as it depends on the oven.

Let your brownie cool, then remove it from the pan onto a rack.

Add your Easter decorations. I used sugar flowers, carrots, and bunnies 🙂
