Butterfly the chicken breast to the desired thickness and width for buns

Add butterflied chicken, milk, salt, garlic salt, onion powder, ground paprika, ground black pepper and let marinate for at least an hour

In a separate bowl mix together cornstarch, all-purpose flour and salt

To prepare the chicken, coat milk-covered chicken with the flour mixture. Dip into the whisked egg and then back into the flour mixture

Deep fry the chicken until juices run clear when the chicken is cut through
